Introduction

These Terms of use may be modified from time to time along with any other agreements, documents, policies, are collectively termed as Terms & Conditions. For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, You implies, you as an Individual (or a Customer), an affiliate or a Business user visiting our Website as mentioned above are using this website as a Guest, a Member, Student, Teacher or an affiliate to access Information, Articles, Courses and Course Material under the Terms of use mentioned herein.

You acknowledge and agree that by using this website and material contained therein and by clicking on Agree, Submit, Enroll Now or any other similar links that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.

Course Access & Registration

To access the Courses, you may be asked to provide certain Account Information to enable DezinAcademy provide you the content and services related to the courses you may enroll for. It is a condition that the Account Information you provide is correct, current and complete. All information provided by you as part of your Account Information is governed by our Privacy Policy and you provide your consent that this information be used as provided in the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

You agree that the your username, password or any other information provided by you will remain confidential and you must not disclose or share this information to any other person or entity. You agree to notify us immediately by emailing us at support@dezinacademy.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree that you will not Transfer your account Information to any other person or entity and you may not anyone else’s Account Information or account at any time. In case you have been negligent regarding this confidentiality or have done so knowingly, you agree that you are fully responsible for the acts and omissions of such person/s or entity and the consequences of your negligence may result in cancellation of your Account and or Enrollment and you will not be entitled any refund and may be barred from this website or taking up any other Course.

Course Access & Course Completion

Your access to your Courses is based on the Course format you have taken:

  • Instructor Led live Online Tutorials
  • Self Paced, On Demand

Instructor Led Live Online Tutorials

Your access to Instructor led, live Tutorials is available for the duration of a Course. However, you have access to all Course Material & Recordings for six months after you complete your Course. If you are unable to attend a session, you will have access to the recording of the session you were not able to attend.

In case, you are unable to attend a large series of sessions, you can take a Time Off  and request to be enrolled in another Class. You acknowledge and agree that the date of next class will be at the sole discretion of BimSrv Education. You will be notified when a Session is cancelled, or re-scheduled. You agree that you will not be entitled t any claim whatsoever for this cancellation or re-schedule.

Unsuccessful Completion of Assignment

In case you do not pass your assignments, you have two options:

  • Ignore and Continue: If you ignore and continue, you will not be entitled to any Certificates or Badges.
  • Re-Take the Course: In case you feel that you need to re-take the course, you will need to enroll in the course again, however you will be entitled to a discounted fee. You will be notified of the discount at the time you communicate your wish to re-enroll in a course.

Self Paced, On Demand

You will have access to a course based on your subscription status. If you have paid in full, you have access to the course for a year from the date of your enrollment. In case you have taken up a subscription, your access to the courses is available as long as you have an active subscription.

Refund Policy

You will be entitled to full refund of your payment if you communicate your cancellation within the the first seven days of the course Start Date. In case of Cancellation, you will lose access to the course you’ve cancelled, including the Course Material, Videos etc.

In case you continue beyond the first seven days, you will not be entitled to any refund even if you fail to attend any session.
